How often do new prints and colors get added to the website?

Weekly launch prints are added every Thursday morning at 10am mst. 

 

What is the minimum order amount?

Your first order has a $600 minimum and reorder minimum is $300. All items on the wholesale site are 50% off normal retail pricing.

Why are my Lou Lou items no longer coming boxed?

Starting Aug 2022, we no longer send wholesale items packaged. Customers want to see and feel the products, and we have found that they sell better unboxed. If you’d like to have boxes for your items, please reach out to wholesale@loulouandcompany.com

Will sold out prints be restocked?

Restocks are based on popular demand and availability. We try to keep our inventory fresh and constantly changing, but also to keep the most popular colors in stock. Depending on inventory, some prints can sell out very quickly, so if you love something don't wait! See our Evergreen Collection to see our best selling prints that we do our best to keep in stock!

 

What is your return policy?

Am I allowed to include Lou Lou in a store promotion/ sale?

We request vendors to reflect our retail prices to help Lou Lou maintain brand quality. However, feel free to request for written permission for a special promotion. 

How quickly will my order ship?

We typically process and transfer orders to UPS within 1-5 business days of purchase. We do not offer rush orders at this time. 

Can I pick up my order if I live in Utah?

Local pickup is not available at this time for wholesale orders.
